These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Mandatory statutory remedies are preserved.

Platform information

StayJi is an online PG, hostel, co-living and accommodation discovery and connection platform. Unless explicitly stated for a specific service, it is not the property owner/operator, landlord, tenant or contractual accommodation provider. Property providers remain responsible for their representations and services.

No substitutes for inspection

Prices, availability, photos, room descriptions, facilities and conditions can change. Search results, maps, distance estimates, chat assistance, reviews, publication approval and limited checks are not a guarantee of suitability, legal compliance, safety or transaction outcome. Independently inspect and verify before committing money or documents.

Responsibilities under law remain

This notice explains service limits; it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse StayJi's own unlawful conduct or misleading claims, waive consumer rights or prevent a complaint. Terms and the specific disclosed agreement govern a paid StayJi service. Seek appropriate independent professional advice where necessary.
