These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Mandatory statutory remedies are preserved.

Submission and authority

Only an authorized Owner or authorized Admin-assisted workflow may submit property information. The submitter must expressly confirm lawful authority and listing accuracy. Owners cannot submit under another owner's identity or choose protected moderation/publication fields.

Required disclosures

Disclose accurate rent, deposit, mandatory fees, sharing/room details applicable to the property type, vacancy, food, amenities, photos, location and material restrictions. State what is included and what costs extra. Do not invent coordinates or use another property's pictures. Google Maps links and owner-entered coordinates are location inputs, not legal proof of an address or title.

Review and publication

Submission enters the existing approval workflow. Approval and public visibility remain distinct operational controls governed by the existing eligibility rules. Admin may ask for evidence, corrections or re-review after material changes. Publication does not certify safety, ownership, licensing or quality. Premium placement reflects a disclosed commercial/operational setting, not a superior verification standard.

Changes, demonstrations and records

Keep rent and availability current. Protected edits remain subject to the existing review process. Demo/test inventory must be identified and excluded from indexing; intentional promotion must follow the Admin workflow without erasing provenance. Neither demo labels nor publication flags may be used to make a false real-inventory claim.

Submission stores the actual actor, relevant owner, timestamp and policy versions. The original pricing/consent snapshot is retained; later acceptances append rather than erase historical records. Read Owner Terms and the Verification Policy before accepting.
