These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Mandatory statutory remedies are preserved.

Listing integrity

No fake/nonexistent properties, unauthorized offers, stolen or misleading photos, hidden mandatory charges, false discounts, false availability, impersonation, fabricated verification claims, forged documents or spam/duplicate listings. Lawful audience/occupancy rules must be described accurately; illegal discrimination is prohibited.

People and data

No threats, harassment, abuse, extortion, doxxing, stalking, sexually exploitative material, privacy infringement, sale/harvesting of leads, unrelated marketing using enquiry data or requests for OTPs/passwords. Do not publish another person's private contact/address or identity documents without lawful authority.

Reviews, payments and systems

No fraudulent/incentivized deceptive reviews, rating manipulation, bogus complaints, phishing, money-transfer scams, malware, unauthorized access, account/role escalation, scraping personal information or bypassing security/moderation safeguards. Do not interfere with legitimate complaints or evidence.

Enforcement

Reports are investigated proportionately under Grievance and Terms. Listings/accounts may be restricted, hidden or suspended, with evidence preserved and legal cooperation where required. Good-faith reports, lawful criticism and statutory rights remain protected.
