These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Mandatory statutory remedies are preserved.

Authority and accurate operation

I confirm that I am the owner of the property or am legally/contractually authorized to list and operate the property.

By expressly accepting these Owner Terms, you undertake to hold the necessary authority and permissions and provide evidence reasonably requested for moderation. You are responsible for truthful photos, exact location, rent, deposit, all mandatory charges, vacancy, sharing, food, lawful gender restrictions, amenities, house rules and availability. Update material changes promptly and stop advertising inventory you cannot lawfully offer.

Property obligations remain with the provider

You are responsible for lawful operation, applicable local/state/central licences and registrations, taxes, receipts, tenant/occupancy agreements, deposits, cancellations/refunds, maintenance, safety arrangements, staff, security and reasonable management of conduct at the property. Nothing here transfers a statutory duty away from the party to whom the law assigns it.

Listing a property on StayJi does not mean StayJi has approved, guaranteed, endorsed, legally certified, or insured the property.

Publication approval is an operational decision. Verification means only a documented scoped check; do not advertise it as police, fire, government, ownership, title or safety certification.

No misleading or abusive practices

Do not submit fake properties/photos, unauthorized listings, false availability, misleading prices, hidden mandatory charges, fabricated discounts, spam duplicates, unlawful discrimination, impersonation, forged documents or fraudulent reviews. No lead harvesting, sale or reuse of enquiry data for unrelated purposes, harassment, threats, OTP/password requests or suspicious payment demands is permitted. Owners may use a user's information only for their requested accommodation enquiry and lawful follow-up, respecting communication preferences.

Leads, charges and relationship

Review the actual configured referral, qualified-lead and conversion charges displayed before submission. The saved pricing snapshot and applicable pricing agreement govern; receiving a lead does not guarantee a response or tenant. Dispute an incorrect charge with supporting records through owner support. No amount in this document replaces configured pricing.

Owners are independent, not StayJi employees, agents or partners by virtue of listing. User–Owner accommodation contracts remain direct unless a separate express StayJi service says otherwise.

Moderation, assistance and acceptance

Admin can assist with entry, request corrections and evidence, review publication and restrict listings/accounts under the Terms. Assistance does not supply missing owner authority. Admin-assisted submissions record the actual submitting administrator and the selected owner; they must not falsely record that the owner personally checked a box. Keep the owner's instructions/authority as appropriate, and obtain owner acceptance of any charge requiring their agreement.

The listing declaration is explicit and recorded with document versions and time. It is separate from optional marketing. Existing acceptance history is preserved. Read Listing Terms, Privacy, Disclaimer, Prohibited Activities and Verification Policy together with these Owner Terms.
