These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Mandatory statutory remedies are preserved.

Discover and connect

StayJi helps you discover and connect. The final decision and transaction are between you and the property owner.

1. Search

Search real listed accommodation by locality, rent, property type and applicable sharing/amenities. Published availability can change; confirm it directly.

2. Compare

Compare the actual prices, deposit, facilities and location information. Missing information is not a positive rating, and premium placement is not a safety check.

3. Check details

Read the description, full charges and any dated verification scope. Publication approval is not a legal, safety or quality guarantee.

4. Contact the owner

Use enquiry, callback or messaging where available. The relevant details are routed under Privacy. A request is not a confirmed booking.

5. Physically visit

Inspect where reasonably possible and follow the Before You Visit or Pay checklist. Confirm the address and representative independently.

6. Verify independently

Check material claims, permissions and safety arrangements appropriate to your decision. Never rely solely on a listing, map pin, photograph, chatbot answer or badge.

7. Agree terms directly

Obtain a written agreement identifying the owner/provider, room, rent, deposit, charges, rules, notice period and refund conditions.

8. Pay only after verification

Verify the recipient and keep evidence. Report suspicious demands. StayJi's platform moderation and scoped checks help manage information; they do not insure a transaction or guarantee another person's conduct.
