These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Mandatory statutory remedies are preserved.

Where to complain

Use Report Property on the relevant listing when signed in, or the support email/phone on Contact for account, privacy, copyright or access issues, including where you cannot sign in. Identify the account or safe reply channel, listing URL/ID if applicable, dates, category, factual description and requested action. Request a complaint reference and retain your submission. The grievance officer details shown with this document must be maintained by the operator.

Categories and evidence

Reports may concern fake properties, incorrect information, unavailability, suspicious payment requests, impersonation, harassment, abuse, inappropriate content, privacy, copyright or another concern. Preserve original messages, receipts and relevant screenshots. Do not send passwords, OTPs or unnecessary identity information. Listing reports currently accept text; use the support channel for evidence if an upload control is not available.

Review and actions

Authorized Admin staff review the complaint, record private notes, request evidence or clarification, assess urgency and document the resolution. They may correct or hide a listing, suspend a listing/account through existing moderation controls, preserve evidence or refer matters to appropriate authorities. Private notes and personal evidence are not published as reviews. A report is an allegation, not a finding of guilt.

Timelines and escalation

We aim to acknowledge ordinary complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month; faster or otherwise applicable statutory timelines take precedence, including urgent safety, unlawful-content and privacy duties where applicable. Contact support with the reference if no acknowledgement arrives or request review of the outcome. These operational targets do not replace legally required timelines or establish that StayJi is a particular regulated intermediary in every case.

You may approach competent consumer, privacy, law-enforcement or other authorities as provided by law. In emergencies contact the appropriate emergency authorities immediately; StayJi is not an emergency-response service. We do not require waiver of legal remedies as a condition of review.
